- Power Washing: We began by power washing the exterior of the home using a detergent containing Trisodium Phosphate (TSP). This crucial step removed mildew, mold, dirt, pollen, and other airborne particles that can affect the longevity and quality of the paint job.
- Scraping and Caulking: Next, we scraped away any loose or peeling paint. We also caulked all exposed joints to ensure a seamless and weather-resistant finish.
- Priming and Painting
- Priming: All exposed wood surfaces were primed to create a solid base for the paint. This step is essential for durability and to prevent any underlying issues from affecting the final result.
- Painting: Once the customer approved their color selection, we applied Sherwin Williams Latitude Exterior Paint. This premium paint was chosen for its excellent durability and weather resistance. The paint was meticulously applied to all fascia, eaves, soffits, trim, siding, doors, garage doors, gutters, downspouts, and shutters.
